FCC Compliance Assessments/Surveys are required of the telecommunication providers to ensure their antenna/base station sites do not pose a health risk and are within FCC guidelines based upon OET bulletin 65. The FCC guidelines for MPE (Maximum Permissible Exposure) for general population uncontrolled environment is based upon a (30-minute Time Averaging) and for Occupational controlled environment is based upon a (6-minute Time Averaging).
